The Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip is celebrating its tenth anniversary by carrying out a $100 million renovation on its guest rooms and suites.
The renovations were recently completed and now the resort can offer its guests the option to stay in one of 2,496 contemporary new guest rooms. The resort, owned by Caesars Entertainment, is hugely popular with celebrities and VIP gamblers, and it now has rooms on offer that match the quality of the casino floor.
Bergman, Walls and Associates (BWA) designed the rooms and they feature a white colour palette and unexpected décor such as suspended sofas and round beds. There is bold artwork placed throughout the rooms and corridors that was inspired by the modern rock star guest. A number of the rooms also offer stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip.
David Hoenemeyer, the regional president of Bally’s, Paris and Planet Hollywood said, “For ten years, Planet Hollywood has offered guests the ultimate VIP experience, offering accommodations and amenities that encapsulate the celebrity lifestyle. The fresh, newly renovated room product further elevates the overall guest experience.”
If you go to visit you can also enjoy a special “10 Year Anniversary Burger” created by Gordon Ramsay. It is made with dry-aged beef and topped with BBQ-braised short rib, pickled shallots, frisée and lemon vinaigrette.
The resort recently opened a new restaurant called Café Hollywood. The restaurant is a celebration of all things Hollywood and offers a fun atmosphere and a wide-ranging menu.
Earlier this week the resort also hosted the Miss Universe contest where Miss South Africa was crowned winner.
